We visited the home to get a real sense of the space and talk through ideas with the homeowners. Hearing their goals firsthand helped us start shaping a vision together.
We took detailed measurements and did a full 3D scan of the space. This step gave us the foundation we needed to start designing with accuracy.

Once we had the scans and measurements, we started developing proposed 2D layouts. This is where ideas started taking shape on paper.
We met with the homeowners to go over layout ideas. Sitting down with the homeowners, reviewing concepts, tweaking layouts, and choosing materials, and we love seeing their style come through in the process.

Our 3D layout gives a first look at how the space could come together. It helps everyone visualize the flow and feel of the design. Of course, it's just a starting point—details may shift as the project takes shape.
These detailed plans show every cabinet, appliance, and measurement giving us a clear roadmap to build exactly what was envisioned.

Our moodboard is a starting point for materials and finishes. It gives everyone a visual sense of where we’re headed, with colors and textures that begin to shape the personality of the space.
This kitchen render shows how the finishes, colors, and layout will actually look in your home. It’s one of our favorite moments in the process.

With its rich butcher block countertop and a striking waterfall edge, this kitchen blends warmth and sophistication, creating a space that feels both welcoming and elevated.

We’re all about turning your vision into reality, and that starts with great communication. We keep you involved every step of the way, so the final result feels just right.
We cleared out the existing space to get a clean slate for the renovation. Removing what no longer served the home was the first step toward building something more functional, more intentional, and better suited to the way our clients live.
PHASE 3
(CONSTRUCTION)

With framing underway, the structure starts to take shape. It’s a key part of the build—laying down the bones of the space to make sure everything that follows is solid, safe, and built to last.
We’ve started clearing out the old structure, piece by piece. Tearing down the original fireplace revealed what was hidden behind the walls and gave us a better view of what we’re working with.

While opening up the exterior framing, we found advanced wood rot in a key structural area. Identifying and addressing this early allows us to reinforce the framing properly and ensure long-term integrity.
After uncovering structural damage, we removed the compromised sections and reframed the porch roof. This step ensures long-term stability and prepares the structure for new exterior finishes.

We focused on reinforcing the structural framing—aligning beams, checking load paths, and making sure the foundation is sound. This step sets the stage for all systems and finishes to follow.
New framing is in place, and rough-ins have started. With insulation going up and walls beginning to take shape, the space is finally shifting from bare bones to something more defined.

With framing nearly complete and subflooring going in, the structure is really starting to take shape. Openings are defined, light is moving through the space, and the layout is becoming real.
With framing finished and the exterior fully wrapped, the new addition is officially sealed in. This step protects the structure from the elements and sets us up for siding, windows, and all the finishing touches that will tie the exterior together.

Renovation is well underway, and the progress is starting to show. Each step brings more definition to the space, from structure to protection—layer by layer, we’re moving closer to the finished vision.
Floor insulation is in, and new subflooring is being installed section by section. This phase is all about building smart from the ground up—adding comfort, improving energy efficiency, and laying the base for everything that comes next.

Subfloor installation is complete in this section, creating a clean and level base for what’s next. With the groundwork done, we’re ready to move into systems, layout, and finish prep.
Subfloor installation is now complete across the main level. With the surface prepped and framing in place, we’re ready to move forward with mechanicals and start closing up the walls.

During the site walkthrough, framing was complete and finish work was underway. Drywall installation looked clean, alignment was on point, and overall progress stayed on schedule.
Framing was completed with precision — studs aligned, openings framed, and rough-ins prepped. The space began to take shape structurally, setting the foundation for mechanicals and finishes to follow.

HVAC ducts in place, electrical wiring routed, and framing adapted to fit every system. Pre-hung doors arrived on site, signaling the transition toward interior finishes.
Framing was completed and systems were well underway — electrical wiring pulled, plumbing set, and HVAC routed cleanly through the framing.

Structural framing wrapped up and rough-ins moved steadily forward. Electrical boxes were set, wiring secured, and layout adjustments made to prep for stairs and finishes.
Upstairs, drywall and recessed lighting were already in place. Structural adjustments began near the stair opening, prepping the space for new access and finish flooring.

Stair installation was completed and protected, marking vertical access fully operational. With structure in place and surfaces prepped, the build moved confidently into the finish phase.
Demo was completed, new framing was set, and rough-in electrical ran cleanly throughout the space. The original structure met modern layout — a clear step into the transformation phase.

Interior framing and electrical rough-ins were completed across the main level. Layouts were finalized, system routing inspected, and the space was fully prepped for insulation and drywall.
Framing and electrical setup were finalized at the entry space. Materials were staged, inspections cleared, and the site prepped for insulation and boarding — ready to move forward with precision.

New windows were installed and the structure was fully wrapped for weather protection. With the envelope secured, the project was ready for exterior siding and finish detailing.
