Upstairs Loft Section

We started with a walk-through of the home, discussing the homeowners’ goals and identifying areas that needed improvement. That initial visit gave us the insight we needed to begin shaping a thoughtful, efficient design plan.

The architect provided a layout that helped translate the design vision into clear, buildable plans. This step was key in aligning structure, flow, and function before moving into detailed design and construction.

We developed proposed 2D layouts to explore different configurations for the space. These drawings allowed us to visualize how the design would improve flow and function, setting the stage for the next phase of planning.
