We kicked off the project with a walk-through of the home, getting a feel for the space and discussing priorities with the homeowners. That first visit helped us understand the challenges and start shaping the vision together.

We captured detailed measurements and completed 3D scans of the space. This gave us a clear foundation to begin designing with accuracy and anticipate any structural challenges early on.

We developed proposed 2D layouts to explore different ways the space could function. These drawings helped us visualize new flow, improve usability, and align the design with the homeowners’ goals.

We gathered inspiration images to help define the overall look and feel of the kitchen. These visuals sparked ideas around finishes, colors, and layout, and helped guide early design decisions.

We collected bathroom inspiration images to explore styles, materials, and layouts. These references helped us define a direction that felt both functional and relaxing for the space.

We pulled together fireplace inspiration to explore textures, finishes, and layout ideas. These images helped us reimagine the fireplace as a focal point—warm, modern, and seamlessly integrated into the space.

We created a kitchen render to bring the design to life before construction began. Seeing the layout, materials, and lighting come together helped confirm key decisions and refine final details.

A second kitchen render gave us a deeper look at the layout and storage solutions from a different angle. It helped visualize how the space would feel in use, down to the flow between key zones.

We created a render of the family room to visualize the open layout, new finishes, and connection to the outdoor views. It helped bring the design vision into focus and ensure the space felt both comfortable and cohesive.

We developed a render for the guest bathroom to explore layout, material choices, and overall feel. It helped us visualize how to make the space both efficient and welcoming, with updated fixtures and a clean, modern design.
