Where Creativity Meets Durability! Step into a world of stunning possibilities as you explore our curated collection of custom epoxy designs.

Our process is what makes us unique in the market!

1

Consultation and Design
Meet with the client to discuss their vision, requirements, and preferences for the custom epoxy flooring. Understand the desired aesthetic, color scheme, patterns, and effects they want to achieve.

2

Surface Preparation
Assess the condition of the existing floor substrate and prepare it for the epoxy application. This may involve cleaning, degreasing, repairing cracks or imperfections, and etching or grinding the surface to create a suitable base for the epoxy coating.

3

Moisture Testing
Conduct moisture testing to determine if there are any moisture issues in the concrete substrate that could affect the adhesion and performance of the epoxy coating.

4

Epoxy Mixing and Application
Mix the epoxy resin and hardener according to the manufacturer's instructions. Apply the epoxy coating evenly to the primed surface using rollers, brushes, or squeegees.

5

Customization
Implement custom design elements such as color flakes, metallic pigments, decorative chips, or stenciled patterns to create the desired aesthetic effect.

6

Curing and Drying
Allow the epoxy coating to cure and dry completely according to the manufacturer's recommended curing times. Maintain optimal temperature and humidity conditions during the curing process to ensure proper chemical reaction and adhesion of the epoxy.

7

Quality Inspection
Conduct a thorough inspection of the completed epoxy flooring to ensure that it meets quality standards and the client's expectations. Check for uniformity of color, texture, and finish, as well as any defects or imperfections that may require touch-up or correction.
