• This promotion, offered by Lets Clean Charlotte, provides 12 months (one per month) of house cleaning services to qualified referrals.
• Qualified referrals are home renovations or new construction projects that become paying customers for active renovation services. Referrals become active as soon as the first progress payment is processed by the new customer.
• The approximate monthly value of the complimentary house cleaning service is $300.
• In the event of an early cancellation or termination of the renovation or construction project by the customer, Let’s Clean Charlotte and Loxley Group reserve the right to discontinue the monthly cleaning service.
• Any additional cleaning services beyond the scope of the complimentary monthly cleaning must be arranged and paid for separately by the customer.
• Depending on the size of the home, Let's Clean Charlotte may charge an additional fee for the first cleaning service. However, customers who already have an existing cleaning service may not incur an additional fee if their home is deemed sufficiently clean.
• The customer receiving the complementary cleaning services is subject to the terms and conditions of Let's Clean Charlotte.
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Let's Clean Charlotte reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Let’s Clean Charlotte and Loxley Group shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of participation in this promotion, including but not limited to any delays, technical issues, or errors.
• Referrals are eligible for renovations or new construction projects valued at $75,000 or more.
